A1: We are the Manufacturer specialized in design ,research, produce and marketing for 15 years.

Q2: Where is Your Factory Located? How can I Visit you while in China?
A2: We are located in Longhua new district ,Shenzhen, with very easy access to public transportation. We can also arrange driver to pick you up from the airport/train station. Warmly welcome to visit our factory!

Q3: I’m interested in your products, but now I’m out of China; Could you offer you samples to my country?
A3: Sure! We’ve got full exportation experience, and no matter where you are, we may arrange the delivery for you, either by sea, by air or by express, depending on your need.

Q4: How can I get the samples?
A4: We can provide you FREE sample for our existing products, the lead time is around 1-3 days. You need to pay for the sample delivery cost.
If you need the samples according to your design or specification, the sampling cost or engineering cost has to be born by you. The lead time is around 5 days.

Q5: Is it possible to custom the products with my own design?

A5: Yes, and you just need send us your drawings or artworks, or even only your idea, our R&D and design team can help to realize then you can get what you want.

Q6: How are your products compatible with environmental or other international standards? Which certificates do you already have? 
A6: All our products are compatible with international standards such as CE, RoHS, Reach, FCC, HDMI, Slimport etc.

Q7: Do you provide OEM service?
A7: Yes. Actually, we’re already OEM for some brand, and also do the specific packing for them.

Q8: What is your manufacture lead time for our order?
A8: Our normal lead time is 25-30 days. If you have urgent request, please just let us know. We will try our best to shorten the lead time to meet your requirements.

Q9: What is your MOQ?
A9: For neutral product, no MOQ needed, however we recommend you to order more than 50 pcs to justify the logistics cost. For OEM/ODM product, the MOQ is 1000 pcs for cables, 500 pcs for adapters, hubs or card readers.

Q10: How can I release the payment to you?
A10: We can receive your payment by Western Union or TT. For small amount, Paypal is also acceptable.
